Vintage pair of copper foil etchings matted and framed. These are signed by the artist R.H. Palenske (Reinhold H) who lived 1884-1954. The frames measure 10.75 X 9 and are glassed. The are both in good vintage condition. The bear etching reads, "I'll Go See!" in the bottom left corner and the other etching reads, "High Game." RH Palenske was the son of a calvary officer, and was born in Chicago in 1884. After years of self-taught basic drawings, he was granted permission to study at the Art Institute of Chicago under Welling Reynolds. Most of his art is about nature and animals of the American and Canadian West. His works have been exhibited in the Library of Congress, the Smithsonian American Art Institute, the Royal Gallery of London and other notable exhibitions.

Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final. For our clothing items, you will not be refunded if an item does not fit. Please check the measurements carefully. As our items are antique and vintage, please zoom into photographs to view details, and ask any questions prior to purchase.

Vintage and Antique Items:
All inventory is pre-owned vintage, antique or artisan pieces. These pieces may be unique and hold marks of their previous lives. For instance, we sell many brass or silver pieces and they may show some tarnishing or patina. We do not polish the pieces as we personally love the aging, as many do! We leave it up to the new owner and their preferences for aiming to remove or not. Our goal is to provide accurate descriptions for every listing, with detailed photographs and notations of imperfections. Please review descriptions and photographs before purchasing.
