Exceptional pair of vintage framed copper foil etchings by noted American wildlife artist Reinhold H. Palenske (1884-1954). This matching set features two of Palenske's most recognizable subjects from the American and Canadian West:

"I'll Go See!" – a majestic bear standing among mountain scenery
"High Game" – a mountain goat navigating rugged alpine cliffs

Both works showcase Palenske's signature attention to wildlife and wilderness landscapes. The etchings are rendered on copper foil, creating beautiful metallic highlights and depth that change subtly with the light. Palenske was a respected wildlife artist whose work was exhibited in prestigious institutions including the Library of Congress and the Smithsonian. His artwork remains highly collectible among wildlife art, sporting art, and Western Americana collectors.

The pair is professionally matted and housed in matching black frames under glass, making them ready for immediate display.

We leave it up to the new owner and their preferences for aiming to remove or not.
