A wonderfully whimsical and increasingly hard-to-find piece of authentic mid-century Christmas décor. This charming holiday arrangement features two spun cotton Santa pixies nestled inside a woven basket alongside vibrant red retro flowers and colorful vintage floral picks. The combination of spun cotton faces, chenille-style beards, bright red felt hats, and folk-art styling captures the playful Christmas aesthetic popular during the 1950s and early 1960s. Unlike modern reproductions, these original Christmas arrangements were often displayed for only a few holiday seasons before being discarded, making surviving examples increasingly scarce today.

The piece displays beautifully on a holiday shelf, tabletop, tiered tray, Christmas village display, or mixed among vintage holiday collectibles.

All sales are final. For our clothing items, you will not be refunded if an item does not fit. Please check the measurements carefully. As our items are antique and vintage, please zoom into photographs to view details, and ask any questions prior to purchase.

All inventory is pre-owned vintage, antique or artisan pieces. These pieces may be unique and hold marks of their previous lives. For instance, we sell many brass or silver pieces and they may show some tarnishing or patina. We do not polish the pieces as we personally love the aging, as many do! We leave it up to the new owner and their preferences for aiming to remove or not. Our goal is to provide accurate descriptions for every listing, with detailed photographs and notations of imperfections. Please review descriptions and photographs before purchasing.
