Vintage 1950s "Oreo" style sandwich cookie jar. Fully ceramic and made in Japan. The base has the appearance of "stacked" cookies. The lid handle is a double-sided cookie and the top of the lid has charming daisies and tulips with a white "filling" center. The jar measures 10" tall (including the lid), 6" wide and is 5.25" in depth. In good vintage condition with a couple of very small scrapes to the lid (see photo #15), which aren't very noticeable, though worth mentioning.

Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final. For our clothing items, you will not be refunded if an item does not fit. Please check the measurements carefully. As our items are antique and vintage, please zoom into photographs to view details, and ask any questions prior to purchase.

Vintage and Antique Items:
All inventory is pre-owned vintage, antique or artisan pieces. These pieces may be unique and hold marks of their previous lives. For instance, we sell many brass or silver pieces and they may show some tarnishing or patina. We do not polish the pieces as we personally love the aging, as many do! We leave it up to the new owner and their preferences for aiming to remove or not. Our goal is to provide accurate descriptions for every listing, with detailed photographs and notations of imperfections. Please review descriptions and photographs before purchasing.
