Vintage NOS (New Old Stock) Carters Romper with Tag. This romper is so vintage 1990s! It is pink knit on top with an embroidered cup with ruler, paint brushes and pencils. The lower half is a chambray material with an artist print of multi-colored pastel paint brushes, paint tubes and crayons. It buttons up the front and has snaps along the diaper area. The waist has scalloped details with pink piping.
Tag reads Carter (Irreg), 3-6 months. 100% Cotton.

3" short sleeve
