Pretty vintage 1950s dress with that front tie and polka dots! Estimated women's size 18.
The dress is professional and perfect for the retro fashionista! All one dress: navy midi-length skirt with fabric belt, white short-sleeved top with red/navy polka-dots and front bow-tie.

Tag reads size 24.5, estimated modern size 18. Size is a guess. Please go by measurements below for sizing and allow room for ease.
Polyester blend top of dress. Skirt linen blend.
Machine wash warm. Pulls on, buttons in front.
Measurements:
Bust (underarm area measured flat, then doubled) 44"
Waist (elastic) 38"
Length, shoulder to waist 14"
Skirt, waist to hem 28" and has 1.5" hem turned under
Short sleeves 10"
In good vintage condition with no stains or holes. There is one fabric pull approx .5" long on the left front sleeve. Not very noticeable, though worth mentioning.
