Terrific 1970s retro style dress, perfect for the office or dress down for the weekends!
Dress is midi-length and navy. It has a boat-neckline with seams extending down the sleeve. The sleeve is very short, not quite sleeveless though.
Elastic at the waistline and it does have fabric belt loops on the sides. Doesn't come with a belt, though it would accessorize nicely with one, or the loops could easily be removed.
Fabric is a stretchy nylon-polyester blend with a bit of shine to it.

In good vintage condition with no stains or holes.
