So unusual and perfect for shabby french style decor! 1940s pin cushion featuring a chalkware Victorian half lady with a pin cushion under her skirt.

Would love lovely on a dresser or vanity...or of course styled with sewing supplies.

The chalkware half is the lady's arms, torso, neck and head. She is hand-painted in flesh tones with rosy cheeks and lips. She has very light gray eyes. Her hair has been lost over the years, giving her a shabby antique look- very french and unique!

Her dress is an ivory crocheted ball gown with a shimmery gold underlay. The top of her dress is gold with a looped bric-a-brac for the shoulder straps. She has a light green satin bow with gold trim and a pearly pin on the front of her dress. Underneath her skirt is a pin cushion covered in gold fabric.

She measures 6.5" tall and 3.5" wide.

She is very old and shows wear via the loss of her hair and a chip on her nose. She also has some scraps and chips on her arms. She has tons of life left and would be a unique conversation piece!
