Retro style vintage dress, perfect for the office!
This dress is a pretty bright cornflower blue with white circles and dots. It is 3/4 inch sleeves with buttons up the front (to the waistline) with a flowy pleated skirt. The fabric has a shine to it.
The sleeves have light pleats at the shoulder to give the dress a bit of poof. It also has shoulder pads, which could be easily removed, if desired. The dress looks to be designed to wear with a looser style of fit.

Length, shoulder to waist 15"
Skirt, waist to hem 26.5" and has 1" hem turned under

In good vintage condition with no stains or holes.
