Beautiful vintage 1940s make-up compact. A perfect item to add to a vanity display, vintage style bathroom or to give as a gift.
The compact was manufactured by Elgin America.
It is brass with etched floral daffodil details and etched stripes.
It is hinged with push button front.
Has the original powder puff and some powder make-up reminants.
Square in shape and measures 3" long and 2.75" wide.
In good vintage condition for its age with light surface scratching and minor patina.
